Double Twist Bunching Machine
Brief Introduction
The double-twist bunching machine is used to strand aluminum, copper and PVC insulated wires. The machine includes an external rotating compression die structure, which provides the required traction force to compress the conductor. When the conductor is compressed, the stranding machine retracts the wire. A special wire pass reduces the torque between the rotating traction wheel and the take-up reel to ensure a good round conductor.

Copper cross section is 16-300mm2, aluminum cross section is 16-400mm2.
2.The machine has fast process speed and high output. It combines the advantages of tubular and frame stranding machines.
