Brief Introduction

Two-roller Aluminium/Aluminium Alloy Rod CCR Line

The main products of CCR line are 1 series, 8030, 6201, and 6101. The design, material selection, and production of the equipment are carried out around the characteristics of aluminum and aluminum alloy rods for electrical use, as well as the casting process and rolling process performance.


Three-roller Aluminium/Aluminium Alloy Rod CCR Line

This equipment adopts a new four-wheel planet-like continuous casting machine and continuous casting and rolling process to produce conductive round aluminum rods. The rod diameters produced are four specifications of Φ15, Φ12.5, and Φ9.5 mm. The production of Φ9.5 mm aluminum rods uses 15 racks, the production of Φ12.5 mm aluminum rods uses 13 racks, and the production of Φ15 mm aluminum rods uses 11 racks.

Features

Two Roller CCR Line
The production line adopts continuous casting and continuous rolling technology. From raw material melting and billet casting to rolling finished electrical round aluminum rods and 8030, 6201, and 6101 aluminum alloy rods, it is completed in only one production line. The production line realizes fully automated. The entire production line adopts a combination of DC speed regulation and AC inverted speed regulation with strong synchronization and   high efficiency. It is all-PLC automatically controlled, the industrial computer collects, stores and monitors data, and color touch screen displays and operates, which has fault alarm and automatic shutdown protection functions.

Three Roller CCR Line
The continuous rolling machine has the functions of active feeding and rod stacking parking. A drying device is installed at the outlet of the take-up duct to remove moisture from the surface of the aluminum rod and ensure the smooth export of the aluminum rod. The arc guide tube adopts a roller guide structure to reduce scratches on the surface of the aluminum rod. The rod winding method is a centrifugal head-shaking type, which pre-deforms the aluminum rod before entering the wire-receiving frame. It has a trolley moving device to prevent the rods from being messed up when changing the reels, so as to ensure the continuous double-reel coiling device for wire-receiving.
