The fully automatic disc quantitative casting unit required for anode furnace casting is a large-scale smelting production equipment that casts the molten copper liquid after smelting into anode plates with specific shape specifications and weight requirements through an automated process. The equipment realizes the full process automation of the production process of copper anode plates.

This unit is an 18-mold fully automatic disc quantitative casting unit. The components are quantitative casting system, disc system, mold temperature detection and spray exhaust system, plate taking system, spraying system, and electrical system.

Features


1. The quantified casting system has high degree of automatic and simulate casting processes.

2. Weight of each anode plate is accurate, accuracy can reach ± 1%;

3. The quantified casting system adopts control way of valve rod displacement feedback, copper liquid weight feedback, copper liquid flow rate feedback these three closed-loop control to control high accuracy of casting weight of anode plate.

4.Weight system adopts highly-integrated digital module which has fast processing speed and transmitting speed and can connect with PLC seamlessly.

5. Casting process is stable, no trimming mould, crimping or trimming, surface of the anode plate is flat.

6. The disc drive is controlled by inverter, has advantages of stable performance, no vibration, accurate location.
