Individual Motor Sliding Heavy-Duty Copper & Al/Al-alloy Rod Breakdown Machine
Brief Introduction
This machine is mainly used to draw single copper rod φ8.0mm to Φ1.2-Φ4.5mm(drawing aluminium wire from 9.5mm to 1.7~4.8mm) copper wire. The tooth material in gear box is 20CrMnTi, which is quenching processed, with hard surface. The drawing capstan is in a straight line, each capstan has one individual motor for transmission.

Features
1. 13 sets capstan and circle can interchange,continuously draw and soft the wires. Mechanical and electrical speed is balanced and matched to realize the fast die change function.
2. The machine is easy to operate, with high efficiency, and good products quality. It also equipped multipoints start, stop and automatic stop if wire breaks or reaches the setting meter, which decreases the manual working. This RBD machine also have automatic warning protecting function if gear oil is over temperature or over cooling, low oil pressure, etc. Which protects the machine well and increases machine service life.
